What are Snapshots?

Software Tools Snapshots are a set of small exercises and information notes on software tools most useful to the BA (Business Analyst). I call them them "snapshots" as each page is intended to be a short unit focusing on a single key feature. They are provided as a unique learning aid (or "checklist") for BA software tools.

There are many huge books and long video courses on the key tools such as MS Office, and these are all useful. But what the Business Analysis needs to know is a comparatively small amount which is not difficult to summarize. I have tried to capture a checklist of that knowledge in this section. You can fill in the details and gain competence with the many other resources available. Pointers to additional resources are in the Links section.
