About Us

Richard Levine has been an active contractor and principal consultant for more than four decades in the areas of needs analysis, requirements management, best practice BA processes, Quality Assurance, and business process improvement.

He was a member of the team forming the first Quality Assurance Group at Xerox Canada Inc. He went on to become Senior Business Analyst, and was given the "Award of Excellence" for leading the a major Call Centre infrastructure improvement project. Later he formed his own consulting company and has contributed to many projects as a Senior Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, and Project Lead for clients including Reuters, Telus, Bell Canada, Honda Financial, KPMG, Ontario Ministry of Transportation, 4 of the 5 major Canadian banks (TD Canada Trust, BMO, CIBC and RBC), and the Halton Regional Police Service. 

He is currently an active consultant focussing on the Services described on this website, and a member of the Faculty of George Brown College in Toronto, Canada.

Richard is based in Toronto, Canada, in the historic Little Italy area, with his family.
